We started Blade in March of 2014 just months before the longest downturn in recent history. It’s been a tough few years, but our belief in quality above all has allowed us to grow our team and business year after year. Kevin Hegseth
Kevin is a co-founder of Blade Automation. He has been working in the industry for over 30 years. After achieving his journeyman electrical certificate, He decided to join the programming world. 20 years later, Kevin has worked on countless job sites, projects and products.

Chris MacDuff
Chris is also a co-founder of Blade Automation. After graduating from NAIT Instrumentation Technologist program Chris went on to getting not only his journeyman instrumentation certificate, but also his electrical journeyman certificate. He didn’t stop there. He decided to get into the programming game and has worked on a vast array of systems.
